A CODE associated with the certificate will be sent to you by e-mail.
It is important to provide it to the appropriate person in order to use it when booking the applicable appointment in the promo code section.
You will also receive a pdf if you wish to print it.
Payment
To confirm your booking, full payment for the class is required when scheduling your appointment.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, a late cancellation or change results in losses for our team, as the artist has reserved this time for you, prepared your session, and can no longer offer this availability to another client.
Compensation fees apply based on the class rate:

These fees serve as compensation covering part of the time reserved by the artist and the preparation completed for your session.
Repeated rescheduling
If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the same fees apply.
In the event of a second or third rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice or on the same day, the fees will be charged for each change in order to protect our artists’ availability.
Acceptance of the policy
By booking and paying for your class, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
