A code associated with the certificate will be sent to you by email. It is important to provide this code to the appropriate person so that you can use it when making your appointment.
You will also receive a pdf if you wish to print it.
1. Class reimbursement
The entire amount paid will be refunded within the deadlines respected according to the cancellation policy.

2. Class cancellation
If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment or if you do not show up, a fee of $50 will be deducted from the total amount of the course purchased. The balance of the amount will be refunded or credited according to your choice.
