Refund policy
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. If we receive a return request after this period, unfortunately we will not be able to process the return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all original accessories, packaging and labels. It must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:
a. Contact our customer service by email.
b. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order number) as well as details of the product you wish to return.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number if necessary.
d. Carefully package the product with all original accessories and label the package with the RMA, if applicable.
e. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we have made an error in the order. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return costs.
5. Refund or replacement of a product
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will do the following:
If the product is in perfect condition and eligible for return, we will issue a refund of your invoice amount less 20% administration fee and we will use the original payment method.
If the product is defective or does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and resend the product to the customer.
6. Delayed or missing product refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

7. Class reimbursement
The entire amount paid will be refunded within the deadlines respected according to the cancellation policy.

8. Class cancellation
If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment or if you do not show up, a fee of $50 will be deducted from the total amount of the course purchased. The balance of the amount will be refunded or credited according to your choice.
